We do not tell you that the faith will fix the problem, and several of these columns say outright that it will not. What we offer is the accumulated advice of chapters that have watched students arrive, struggle, and stay, or arrive, struggle, and go. Every post is signed with a chapter and a year, so you can see who is talking and when. Older advice has not been quietly updated.
