These Terms and Conditions govern your use of campuscrusadeforcthulhu.org (the “Site”) and purchases made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
Campus Crusade for Cthulhu is an entertainment and ecommerce brand built around fictional organizations, institutions, characters, and Lovecraftian themes. References to cults, rituals, universities, forbidden knowledge, cosmic entities, or similar material are fictional, satirical, artistic, or entertainment content unless clearly stated otherwise.
2. Store Purchases
Products, prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or misuse of the Site.
An order confirmation confirms that we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.
3. Payment and Taxes
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown before you complete your purchase where required.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Some products may be produced or fulfilled by third-party print and fulfillment partners. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements, and order cancellations are governed by our Refunds and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refunds and Returns Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
